本文基于新的历史发展时期,科研学科的逐步分类与新型科研事业单位的组建,回顾总结西藏和平解放以来农牧业发生的天翻地覆的变化、取得的成就。探讨出西藏农牧业发展的基本经验与做法,对于推动新型高原农业现代化建设提出个人的建议与设想,对推动农牧业产业化发展奠定理论基础,以供参考。
this article is based on a new historical development period,progressive classification of research disciplines and new establishment of research institutions,review changes that turned upside down since the peaceful liberation of Tibet agriculture and animal husbandry,the achievements made.Explore the basic experience and practice of development of Tibet agriculture and animal husbandry,for promoting agricultural modernization construction of the new plateau make personal recommendations and ideas,laying the theoretical foundation to promote the industrialization of agriculture and animal husbandry development,for reference.
