摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜脐尿管囊肿切除合并膀胱部分切除术治疗脐尿管囊肿的可行性及疗效。方法 2例脐尿管囊肿患者均行腹腔镜脐尿管囊肿切除合并膀胱部分切除术,分析诊断及治疗过程,随访疗效。结果 2例手术过程均顺利,无大出血、周围脏器损伤等,术后无感染、漏尿等并发症发生。术后随访1年,囊肿无复发,无明显腹痛及泌尿系统感染表现。结论脐尿管囊肿术前明确诊断至关重要。腹腔镜手术方法治疗脐尿管囊肿疗效确切、囊肿切除彻底,且手术创伤小、术后恢复快,是治疗脐尿管囊肿安全可行的方法,可作为目前治疗脐尿管囊肿的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of laparoscopic excision of urachal cyst and partial cystectomy in the treatment of urochal cyst. Methods 2 cases of urachal cyst were underwent laparo-scopic excision of urachal cyst and partial cystectomy. The processes of diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. 2 patients were both followed -up for 1 year. Results Both operations were successful with no massive hemor-rhage,infection and leakage of urine occurred. After 1 year,no cyst recurred,and no complication such as ab-dominal pain and urology infection occurred. Conclusions It is paramount to identify the diagnosis before treat-ment. Laparoscopic approch is an effective,feasible and safe method in dealing with urachal cyst. It might be the first choice of treatment for urachal cyst.
