摘要
目的:分析私立整形美容机构经营管理模式,探究其对医患关系、医疗纠纷发生率的影响。方法:文献研究法、调查研究法、归纳法、定量定性分析法。结果:私立整形美容机构经营方式充分体现了市场经济运作机制,能够充分调动医疗机构各部门工作人员的积极性,提高医护人员幸福感,管理层层细化,分工明确,注重医患关系的处理。结论:私立整形美容机构医患关系较公立医院和谐,医患纠纷发生率较公立医院低。
Objective:To analyze the management model of private cosmetic surgery institutions, and the effect on doctor-patient relationship and incidence of medical disputes. Methods:Using literature research, survey method, induction method and quantitative qualitative analysis. Results:The business practice of private cosmetic surgery institutions fully embodied the market economy operation mechanism, improved the employees’enthusiasm in various departments of medical institutions and medical staff’s happiness. The management was elaborated and the responsibilities were clearly distributed. Doctor-patient relationship attracted great attention. Conclusion:Compared with public hospital, private cosmetic surgery institutions showed more harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and lower incidence of medical disputes.
