微晶磨削术治疗浅表凹陷性瘢痕60例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨浅表凹陷性瘢痕应用微晶磨削术的治疗效果。方法:将120例存在浅表凹陷性瘢痕的患者随机分两组,以接受点阵CO2激光治疗者为对照组,以接受微晶磨削术治疗者为观察组,每组60例,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率达96.66%,观察组则为98.34%,两组比较无统计学意义(χ2=0.3419,P=0.5587)。同时对照组共发生7例治疗相关并发症,观察组共发生9例治疗相关并发症,两组比较未见统计学意义(χ2=0.2885,P=0.5912)。结论:浅表凹陷性瘢痕患者应用微晶磨削术治疗同样可取的良好的治疗效果,且可安全应用。 Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of superficial scars microdermabrasion. Methods:120 cases of superficial scars with yellow were randomly divided into two groups. The control group accepted the fractional CO2 laser therapy, and the observation group accepted the microdermabrasion treatment, with 60 cases in each group. Clinical curative effect was compared. Results:In the control group, the total effective rate of the therapy was 96.66%, and in the observation group, that was 98.34%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=0.3419,P=0.5587). At the same time, in the control group there were complications in 7 cases, and the observation group common complications occurred in 9 cases. There was no statistical significance between the two groups (χ2=0.2885,P=0.5912). Conclusion:Superficial scars with microdermabrasion treatment can also get good effect and it is in security application.
