摘要
本文介绍了湿润暴露疗法借助外科手段治疗深度烧伤,并对41例深度烧伤进行了观察对比,作者认为,“药刀结合”可以促使深度烧伤创面液化时间提前,速度加快,减轻排斥反应对创面和机体的损伤,使创面愈合时间明显缩短而不增加疤痕愈合率。
