BZ28—1油田是在渤海建造的第一座浮式生产系统的油田。该油田位于渤海中部,设计年产原油40万吨。两座井口平台开采出的原油通过海底输油管线经单点系泊头①和悬挂式输油软管②输送到52000吨级的生产储油船③上。生产储油船通过系泊钢轭(Yoke)
The BZ 28-1 single-point mooring system consisted of an upper mooring head and a lower jacket.This paper stresses some difficulties encountered in construction, including the assembly of jacket,welding and examination of the king post,butt- welding of mooring head and king post and stress deformation control during the welding process,and the installation of rotating deck and the transfer swivel.The successful completion of the BZ 28-1 system marks a new height of our offshore engineering.
