摘要
实施“231工程”,对于发展宁夏黄河农业具有重要战略意义。作者论述了对农民进行文化、科学技术培训的必要性后指出:“为了实施‘231工程’,把我区农业生产者的整体素质提高到一个新水平,必须把发展农业师范教育放到一个极其重要的位置。”并对发展农业师范教育问题,提出了具体意见,可供参考。
Project 2-3-1 'has a great strategic significance in the development of the Yellow River agriculture in Ningxia. The author expounded the necessity of giving farmers cultural, scientific and technical training. The paper pointed out that in order to implement the project the overall quality of farmers must be raised to a new level, while the development of teachers's training for agriculture must be put into a very important position. Some suggestions on the development of teachers'training for agriculture have been put forward.
