摘要
光度法测定磷,多采用杂多酸或杂多蓝形式。由于分析工作者的广泛研究,方法已比较成熟和普及,但是这类方法灵敏度低。近年来,以碱性染料-杂多酸缔合物形式测定痕量磷的水相光度法已有了迅速发展。文献指出,将杂多酸还原成杂多篮后再与染料的缔合反应将更完全。本文详细研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,磷锑钼蓝与丁基罗丹明B的四元缔合物的光度特性,并拟订了测定植物中磷的方法。实验表明,应用本法测定磷,灵敏度高,表现摩尔吸光系数ε为3.5X10^5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。
In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, spcctrophotomctric determination of phosphorus with an ion-association of Butylrhodndmctine B and phosphoantimonmolybdic blue has been studied. The ion-association has maximum absorplior at 586nm, the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.5 × 105L.mol-1.cm-1.The calobration curve is linear foom O to 2.5μ of P/25ml.The propsed method has been applied to the determination of phosphours in plants.
