摘要
目的 评价改良Millard法修复单侧Ⅲ度唇裂的效果。 方法 采用改良的MillardⅡ术式 (即MillardⅡ加沟状线上方的微小三角瓣法 ) ,对 135例单侧Ⅲ度唇裂患者行修复整形。 结果 全部患者均获随访 ,时间 6月～ 2年。双侧唇高一致 ,唇弓饱满 ,红唇圆滑 ,外形好。
Objective To assess the effect of modified Millard's method for repairing complete unilateral cleft lip. Methods 135 patients of complete unilateral cleft lip(CUCL) were valued. They all were repaired by modified Millard's method (Millard's Ⅱ plus mini-triangular flap transplantation). Results All patients were followed up for 6～24 months with the the ideal effects such as consistent lip height between both sides, full labial arch, normal vermilion and satisfactory facial appearance. Conclusions The modified Millard's method plus mini-triangular flap transplantation technique is suitable for the patients of CUCL with good effects.
