摘要
白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术,术中偶可发生角膜后弹力膜脱离。此并发症虽然很少发生,但若处理不当则可影响视力,甚至发生大泡性角膜炎而招致不可逆转的视力障碍。本文报告了2543例人工晶体植入术中的7例角膜后弹力膜脱离(占0.28％)。并着重讨论了其发生原因、术中术后处理、预防及预后。
Detachment of Descement's membranemay occur in cataract extraction and IOLimplantation. Although this complication isseen rarely, but the visual acuity can be affect-ed with improper management and even dam-aged irreversible due to bullous keratitis. Inthis paper, 7 cases (0.28%) of detachment ofDescemet's membrane were found in 2543cases of IOL imnplant surgery. The etiology,intraoperative and postoperative treatments,prevention and prognosis were discussed.
