摘要
本文报导Ⅱ型糖尿病伴植物神经症状34例(糖尿病1组)及不伴植物神经症状46例(糖尿病2组)和对照组正常人25例,经综合平衡指数法测定的整体植物神经功能状况和用心搏间距变化、卧立位血压差变化反映的心脏植物神经受损情况。结果表明综合平衡指数法不能反映出三组之间的差异(P>0.05),但反映心脏植物神经功能的六项指标显示,糖尿病1组与对照组之间和与糖尿病2组之间,各项指标的均数都有极显著差异(P<0.001)。提示该6项指标的应用有助于糖尿病心血管植物神经病变的早期诊断。
Through 34 cases of type II diabetes with vegetative nerve symptom (Group I ) ,46 cases without vegelative nerve symptom (Croup II ) and 25 healthy individuals control group,the authors have studied the lesion of cardiac vegetative nerves by means of testing the vegetative nerve function with comprehensive evaluation and observing the variations of cardiac output and fluctuation of blood pressure in recumbent-up-right position. The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation indicates no difference a-mong the three groups (P>0. 05). Yet the six indices reflecting the function of cardiac vegetative nerves suggest distinctily different index means (P<0. 001) between Group I and II,and the control groups. The six indices are valuable for the early diagnosis to pathologic changes of diabetic cardiac vegetative nerve.
