摘要
本文从理论上讨论了第二语言学习的理想环境和必要条件,分析了传统英语写作教学存在的问题和运用计算机辅助语言学习(computer-assisted language learning)的优势,认为计算机辅助大学英语写作教学在我国是可行的、必要的.文章同时还介绍了根据上述理论设计的计算机辅助大学英语写作软件--Coleege English Writing Workshop(CEWW)的设计原理和技术实现手段.
Based on discussion of the theories related to the optimal second language learning environment and necessary conditions, the paper presents some problems needing to be solved in traditional EFL classroom instructions and the advantages of computer-assisted language learning (CALL). The paper concludes that the computer-assisted college English writing instruction is necessary and feasible in the reform of EFL education in China. In the third part, the paper also introduces the principles of design and technical specifications of the CALL software - College English Writing Workshop (CEWW) developed according to the above theories.
