摘要
本文提出一套科技成果评价指标量化模型，并通过计算机软件设计实现了大量复杂的数学计算和全过程处理。
The paper proposes a set of quantization models on indexes for evaluating the sciences and technology achievements. Large amount of complex mathematic calculations and the treatment on its whole procedure are realized through the design of the computer softwares.
