摘要
本文根据作者最近参与完成的研抛工艺实验结果,从力学与热力学分析入手建立了以定常的拉力F与线速v为控制变量,以研抛时间t和工件温升△T为状态变量的数学模型.据此,确定了最优解F~*与v~*.
According to the testing result complete recently by the author, applying machanics and heat analysis, its mathematical model is established, with ordinary pulling force F and speed v as its control variables, and polishing time t and temperature increment ΔT of the workpiece as its state variables. Finally, its optimal solutions F* and v * are obtained.
