摘要
本文就高校体育教学培养学生自我锻炼能力的意义,构成自我锻炼能力基本要素,以及如何培养学生自我锻炼进行了探讨。
This article discusses how to develop the studentes with self-training and what tile basic factors are for self-training and as well as the significance of cltivating the students' ability of self-physical training in institutions of higher education.
