摘要
本文分析近期铁路期刊有关修建进藏铁路方案，提出综合分析，建议分为二个部分修建。第一部分着重在沟通我国西、中、东部，将路网大幅度西扩为主要目标，即将川藏线与沪渝铁路贯通起来，形成横贯中部的一条重要的东西向大通道（上海—拉萨铁路），修建川藏铁路应采用甘藏、川藏、滇藏综合线方案，可节约大量投资、缩短建设工期，并便于组织各族人民共同修建。第二部分着重填平补齐，充实西部路网，特别是要以将青、藏、新疆密切联系起来为主要目标。
Abstract Based on the analyses on different schemes for constructing railways toward Xizang suggested and written by experts published in several railway periodicals issued in recent years.a comprehensive analysis has been put forward in this paper.It is suggested that the construction of railways toward Xizang should be accomplished within two construction stages.The main target of the first stage will be the construction of an important through truck line by combining the Chuan Zang Railway with the Hu Yu Railway so as to enlargethe scope of the Chinese railway network toward the west more widely (i.e.the Shanghai Lasa Railway).The Chuan Zang Raiway may adopt the comprehensive Chuanzang Ganzang Dianzang shceme so as to economize the investment,to speed up the constructin and to organize the workers more conveniently.The main target of the second stage will be aimed at
