摘要
合成了铕(Ⅲ)-苯丙氨酸-咪唑三元配合物,对配合物进行了元素分析、红外光谱及荧光光谱分析,确定了配合物的组成和成键特征,并应用循环伏安法研究了铕(Ⅲ)离子、铕(Ⅲ)与苯丙氨酸及咪唑混合溶液、铕(Ⅲ)二元及三元配合物在玻碳电极上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,在-0.4~-1.0V(vs.SCE)电位扫描范围内,配体为非电活性物质,铕(Ⅲ)及其与配体的混合溶液以及配合物均显示了准可逆的电子迁移过程.另外,还估算了配合物电化学行为的动力学参数.
Eu(Ⅲ)-Phenylanine-Imidazole triple complex was synthesised. The new complex hasthe composition of Eu(Phe)3IMCl3 ·3H2O· IR spectra indicate that the carboxy group of phenylanine and the N-3 atom of imidazole are coordinated with Eu(Ⅲ) ion. Cyclic voltammetry wasused to study the electrochemical behaviour of Eu (Ⅲ) ion, the mixture of Eu (Ⅲ) withphenylanine and imidazole, and Eu (Ⅲ) binary or triple complexes. Among the scan range of-0. 4 to-1. 0V (vs. SCE ), all of these three kinds of systems depicted pseudo-reversible electron transfer. The kinetic parameters including D and k were also evaluated.
