摘要
研究试剂2-(5-Br-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-甲氧基酚(BrPDMP)与钌的显色反应,在水杨酸(R)的存在下.于pH=5.5的醋酸盐缓冲溶液中,形成了配位比为Ru:BrPDMP:R=1:1:1的紫红色的三元混配配合物。λ=575nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.25*105L/mol.cm,通过配合物的紫外和红外光谱性质,研究了三元混配配合物的结构。方法应用于合成试样中钌元素含量的测定.加标回收率在101.6%-103.7%之间,结果令人满意。
The colour reaction of Ruthenium (Ⅲ ) with 2 - (5 - Br - 2 - phyridylazo ) - 5 - methoxyphenol (Br PDMP) is studied,In the Presence of Salicylic acid(R) and at pH5. 5 acetate buffer mediurn,the ternary mixed ligand complex is found to form. Its molar rate isdetected as Ru: BrPDMP: R = 1: 1: 1, λmax = 575nm, εmex = 1. 25 * 10 5L/mol. cm,The complex structure is deduced by means of their IR and UV spectrums. The method suggested in this paper is applied to detect ruthenium content in the synthesized samples with satis factory result.
