摘要
系统介绍了国内外环境信息系统的发展状况与趋势，并针对区县级环境信息系统的特点，提出在建立区县级环境信息系统中值得注意的几个问题．同时，围绕系统分析与系统设计两个阶段，就这些问题的解决进行探讨．
The recent development and significance of the Environmental Information System at District or County Level are illustrated in this paper. Some problems, which should be fully taken into account for the system analysis and system design, are discussed. Finally some conclusions are given in the study.
