摘要
从理论和实践两个方面分析了CS战略中“以顾客为一心”的指导思想与图书馆学中“以读者为中心”的指导思想在本质上的共同性,指出把CS理论及方法引入图书馆建设的积极意义,并就图书馆实施CS战略的对策做了探讨。
The article analysed the guiding ideology of 'taking customers as the centre' in the CS strategy and that of 'taking readers as the centre' in the library science, and told their similarities in nature. It Pointed out the active meaning of introducing the CS theory and methods into the construction of libraries. It developed the couniermeasures for libraries to carry out CS strategy.
