摘要
目的 :探讨前牙修复的方法。方法 :分析 84例烤瓷冠修复前牙缺损及缺失的临床效果。结果 :烤瓷冠 15 0个 ,观察时间 1～ 4年 ,其中颈缘着色 6颗 ,占 4 % ,慢性龈炎 5颗 ,占 3.3% ;色泽不满意 2颗 ,占 1.3% ,病人满意率达 91.4 %。结论 :烤瓷修复能满足患者咀嚼、发音及美观的需要。
Objective:To explore the treatment of front teeth defect or absence. Methods: The PFM was performed for front teeth defect or absence. Results: Following up to 4 years, there were about 4% (6/150 cases) showing cervical stain in porcelain crowns; 3.3% showing chronic gingivitis in porcelain crowns; and only 2 porcelain crowns(1.3%)showing shade unsatisfactory.91.4% of patients felt satisfactory. Conclusion:The patients' satisfaction in mastication,speech and profile is high.
