摘要
针对某 LD10铝合金支架生产中存在的材料利用率低、加工成本高及性能难以满足要求等一系列问题,根据铝合金成型要求及该零件外形特点,应用逐次控制变形和等温一冷挤复合成型技术,对其挤压成型工艺进行了研究,并进行了小批量试制。结果表明:所制定的成型工艺合理可行,挤压件的尺寸精度、显微组织和力学性能均符合要求,为同类型不规则或非对称复杂盒形状的成型提供了思路。
Aimed at some questiones such as low stock utilization、high production cost and low properties in the production of LD10 complex box,According to formability of aluminium alloy and outline of the extruded part,Some deformation patterns such as'control edformation gradually'and'isothermal-cold complex forming'were investgated. On the basis,forming process was drawn up and experiment was done.The result of experiment shows the new process is workable and both accuracy of forging、microstructure and the mechanical properties can satisfy the requirements of the user.Achieve the goal of improving material proverties and close-to-shape forming.Provides new technique for the same type irregular or nonsymmetrical parts.
