摘要
详细介绍了振动放顶煤技术的原理和机理。通过实验室试验揭示了在重力自然放煤方式下,当顶煤块度达到放煤口宽度的1/3左右时,块裂顶煤在放落过程中极易形成铰接拱,而使后续顶煤难以放落。验证了振动放顶煤技术原理及其机构的可行性,证明了采用振动放顶煤技术可有效地提高顶煤采出率和降低混矸率。
The fundamental principle and mechanism about the technology of top-caving method with vibration are introduced in the paper. Based on the experiments, the drawing law for the top coal is obtained: the arch structure can be easily formed when the top coal size is about 1/3 of the width of the coal caving opening, which make the top coal cant be caved under the gravity condition. It is proven that the technique of the top-caving with vibration can easily destroy the arch structure, resulted in improving the top coal recovery ratio.
