摘要
采用组织学及透射电镜技术,对栉孔扇贝血细胞进行分类研究.从血细胞的形态结构、功能和细胞化学3个方面综合考虑,将其血细胞分为拟淋巴细胞、血栓细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和巨噬细胞6类.对各类血细胞的HE染色后的显微结构及其透射电镜下的超微结构予以描述.并对血细胞的部分功能进行了初步的探讨.
The classification of haemocytes of Chlamys farreri was studied by method of histology and transmission electron microscopy. The morphological, functional, and cytochemical criteria were used to classify the haemocytes in the scallop Chlamys farreri. The haemocytes of Chlamys farreri were divided into six groups: lymphocytes-like, thrombocytes, neutrophils, basophils, acidocytes and macrophages. The microscopic structure and ultrastructure of the different groups of haemocytes were described. A part of functions of haemocytes were preliminarily investigated.
