摘要
随着我国多层次的养老保险制度的实施 ,企业年金的建立和发展显得日益迫切 ,然而由于种种原因 ,我国的企业年金发展比较缓慢 ,所以应采取措施促进我国企业年金的发展 。
With the implementation of our country's multi-leve l pension system,the setting-up and developing enterprise's annuity becomes urgen t day by day,but for various reasons, the enterprise's annuity of our country i s developed more slowly,so some measures should be taken to promote the developm ent of enterprise's annuity of our country,so as to ensure the aged people's li fe.
