摘要
在我国高等教育向大众化过渡的过程中,大众质量观、全面质量观和评估质量观受到了理论界和实践界的高度重视。高等教育迈过大众化的门槛以后,发展优质高等教育成为各级各类高校面临的首要任务。树立科学的质量观,以现代高等教育理念为指导,重视高等教育质量的生成过程,完善高等教育评估制度,是现在和未来我国高等教育改革与发展必须要解决的重要课题。
In the transition of Chinese higher education from elite to massive,there are mainly three views on quality,including massive quality view,total quality view and evaluation quality view, which have been taken seriously by the society of higher education research and practitioners of higher education.On the way of massive higher education,the first mission of all institutions of higher education now is to develop excellent quality.In this connection,the present and future work facing the reform and development of higher education is to set up scientific views on quality,take importance to the formation process of higher education quality,improve the evaluation system of higher education under the guidance of modem higher education ideas.
