摘要
以 SnCl_4/C 为催化剂,草酸和正丁醇为原料,通过直接酯化合成了草酸二丁酯。考察了酯化反应的主要条件对产物收率的影响,得出了最佳反应条件:醇酸摩尔比3.5:1、催化剂用量为总投料质量的2%、反应时间60 min。在此条件下,收率可达96.6%。
Dibutyl oxalate was synthesized by directly esterification of oxalic acid and n-butanol using SnCl_4/C as catalyst.The effects of main factors of reaction on the product,yield were investigated and the opti- mal conditions were obtained as follows:molar ratio of alcohol to acid 3.5:1,mass ratio of catalyst 2% (based on the total mass of reactants),and reaction time 60 rain.Under the optimal conditions,the yield of dibutyl oxalate was 96.6%.
