摘要 目的观察大鼠在空间辨别性学习记忆时海马乙酰胆碱(ACh)和ACh能纤维的变化,以探讨中枢ACh与学习记忆的关系。方法以水迷宫法建立大鼠学习记忆动物模型,用碱性羟胺比色法测定海马ACh含量,以及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的组织化学检测海马CA2、CA4区AChE。结果具有学习记忆能力的大鼠海马ACh含量和ACh能纤维的密度均比对照组增加(P<0.05)。结论中枢ACh参与空间辨别性学习记忆的过程,并与记忆的巩固有关。 Objective To study change of hippocamp acetylcholine(ACh)and acetylcholinergic fibers when the rats are studying and remembering and approach the relationship between central ACh and study and memory.Methods The study and memory animal model is established by water maze.The content of hippocamp ACh is determined by alkalinity hydroxylamine chromatometry.And acetylcholinesterase(AChE)in hippocamp CA2,CA4 area is detected by histochemistry method.Results In the rats which have the ability of study and memory,the content of hippocamp ACh and the density of ACh fibers have enhanced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Central ACh participates the process of study and memory,and also plays important roles in memory maintenance.
