摘要
对2008年中国海事法学的研究成果进行了系统收集整理和归纳,从船舶物权法、海上货物运输法、海事法、海上保险法、海事诉讼与仲裁及其他热点问题等六个方面做简要评述,总结了2008年度中国海事法学学术交流和研究现状,并提出对海事法学未来发展的期望。
This paper sums up and comments briefly on most of the research works arranged in this order,real right of ships,the law of carriage of goods by sea,admiralty law,maritime insurance law,maritime litigation and arbitration,other hot topics,which published in China in the field of maritime law in 2008.In addition,the paper summarizes the main writings,academic exchanges and the current situation of China's maritime law research and prospects its development in the future.
