电子化公共服务使用接受度理论研究被引量：1

摘要作为电子政务的重要组成部分,电子化公共服务的普及程度、使用效率等实际问题一直是电子政务建设推进过程中的重点和难点环节。国内外针对公众接受和使用新生技术的研究尚处于发展阶段,诸多模型、技术和方法在不同环境下的适用性都仍在经历检验和完善。对于此类研究的归纳和整理,将有助于扩展视野、提高自身研究的信度和效度,为国内电子化公共服务使用现状的分析和研究提供重要的参考。
