摘要
                
                    炼钢车间、轧钢车间等工业厂房中经常要用到大吨位吊车,由于车间柱子及柱间支撑大多根据工艺要求布置,柱距分布很不规则,相邻柱距经常差别较大。而吊车往往都是全跨运行,为了便于厂房柱加工及安装,设计中尽量保持吊车肩梁顶面标高的统一。这样,就只能在吊车端部采取变截面、垫高等措施,变截面吊车梁就应运而生了。就突变式插板变截面吊车梁设计过程中遇到的一些问题进行探讨。
                
                Strong crane is often used in some industrial workshops of steelmelting plant or steel rolling mill,but the column and column brace are fixed up for process design demand.Column spacing is very irregular and column spacing adjacent is often no difference at all.Cranes often move in all column spacings.In order to set up and process the column easily,usually the same elevating of crane beam's shoulder is kept in design.So,it is necessary for a variable section crane beam to be used,thus a variable section crane beam is produced.The article will discuss this question in crane beam design.
