摘要
针对传统模糊综合评估模型在确定指标权重时主观性较大、利用信息不充分及判定武器效能等级时分辨率差的问题,进行了以下改进:运用熵权法与群组AHP法相结合的方法代替AHP方法确定指标权重;使用加权平均算子代替取大取小模糊算子;采用评判集按等级进行区间赋值的方法代替评语最大隶属度原则。改进模型克服以上问题,实例分析表明改进模型相比传统模型更加优越。
Aiming at the problems of traditional fuzzy synthetic evaluation model in practical application,which are much subjective as calculating weight of index,do not make full use of all information,and have lower resolution as assessing the efficiency rank of weapon system,the following methods were improved: using the method by combining entropy and group AHP to replace AHP to calculate the weight of index;using weighted average operator to replace classical fuzzy operator;using the method of interval evaluation according to comment rank to replace the principle of maximal membership degree.An example indicates that the improved model is more predominant than the traditional fuzzy synthetic evaluation model.
