摘要
介绍了川气东送管道的防腐设计,包括直管段、热煨弯管的防腐和补口。针对目前热煨弯管外防腐尚无标准规范可依的情况,对多种防腐材料的优缺点进行了对比,对采用的防腐材料、结构形式和涂敷工艺进行了试验评定,确定该工程热煨弯管外涂层采用无溶剂液体双组分环氧涂料,外缠聚丙烯胶带作为保护层。另外,参照国外标准,制订了相应的补口技术措施。
The anticorrosion design of Sichuan to East Gas Transmission Pipeline is introduced including anticorrosion coating of straight pipes and heating bends as well as field joint coating.At present,there are no standards and codes for external anticorrosion of heating bend.So after comparing the properties of several anticorrosion materials and carrying out experimental assessments on the anticorrosion materials,structural configurations and coating processes,the external coating of this project was determined to use solvent-free liquid two-component epoxy as the external coating material and to wrap polypropylene adhesive tape as the protection layer.In addition,the relevant technical measures of field joint are worked out.
