摘要
结合新建双线铁路太原至中卫(银川)线SJS-V标兴旺峁隧道1、2#斜井及正洞隧道全—强风化富水砂岩及含水砂层地段施工实践,通过对具体地质条件下传统施工工艺的分析,重点介绍了全、强风化富水砂岩及含水砂层特殊地质隧道快速施工管理技术经验,提出了重视细节管理、增加劳动力投入、充分利用既有设备、开创多工作面平行作业、最大限度容纳资源、缩短循环时间快速施工理念,阐述快速、安全、高效施工管理带来的社会经济效益。
Taking the construction of No.1 and No.2 inclined shafts and main body of Xingwangmao tunnel on SJS-V bid section of Taiyuan-Zhongwei double track railway located in fully/heavily-weathered water-rich sandstone and water-bearing sand stratum as an example,the authors present the construction technology for the rapid tunneling in fully/heavily-weathered water-rich sandstone and water-bearing sand stratum,after analyzing the traditional construction technology under the specific geological conditions.The authors recommend the rapid tunneling concept,which consists of strengthening the management details,increasing labor forces,making full use of existing equipment,executing parallel construction by developing multiple working faces,making full use of various resources and minimizing construction cycle time.Finally,they present the social and economic benefits of rapid,safe and high efficient construction.
