含氟聚醚醚酮改性环氧树脂的形状记忆性质研究 被引量:6

Fabrication of Epoxy Resin with Shape Memory Effect Modified by Fluorinated Poly(ether ether ketone)

摘要 制备了一种新型的具有形状记忆性质的含氟聚醚醚酮改性环氧树脂。材料在150℃下可实现30°左右的弯曲角度,将材料冷却到室温并撤去外力后,其形状固定率为96%~100%。当再次升温到150℃时,材料又回复到初始状态,其形状回复率为100%,回复时间在2min之内。本体系中,改型的含氟聚醚醚酮的在材料中充当可形变的可逆相,固化后的环氧树脂充当固定相。 A shape memory epoxy modified by fluorinated poly(ether ether ketone)terminated with —OH was fabricated.As the Tgof 6F-PEEK was less than the cured epoxy,the chains of 6F-PEEK can be moved,while the chains of cured epoxy was freezed,resulted in the shape memory effect of the blends.The bending angle of the resin was increased with increasing the content of 6F-PEEK.The bending state can be recovered within 2min.And the shape recovery rate of the materials can be reached to about 100%.
