摘要
利用《混凝土结构设计规范》GB50010-2002的裂缝宽度计算公式,对一简支梁12种不同配筋截面进行了裂缝宽度的计算分析,发现在仅满足承载力极限状态下,使用HRB400钢筋与HRB335钢筋相比,可节省钢材,但相应的裂缝宽度增加;同时对上述配筋截面在不同裂缝宽度限值时的钢筋应力进行了反算分析,发现HRB400钢筋的强度利用差别很大;根据不同裂缝宽度限值时钢筋强度的利用情况,提出了不同裂缝宽度限值时选择不同级别受力钢筋的建议。
Authors calculate and analyze crack width of 12 different sections of one simple support beam by the formula of Code for Design of Concrete Structures GB50010-2002.It is concluded that the reinforcement can be saved under the condition of only satisfying the limit states of loading-bearing capacity by using HRB400 reinforcement instead of HRB335 reinforcement,but the corresponding crack width will be larger.Then,authors calculate and analyze the reinforcement stress of the above section of different crack width limitations,and find that the difference of the utilization of HRB400 reinforcement strength is big.It is suggested that choosing different grade reinforcement according to different crack width limitations by the utilization of reinforcement strength can be referred by the engineering.
