摘要
介绍了LF精炼供电控制、合金加料方案设计、温度控制预测等方面比较常用的数学模型,并对现有LF精炼模型状况进行了分析,认为现有模型对冶金反应基本机理研究不足,对精炼渣重要性的认识不足.提出了以冶金过程反应基本机理为基础,建立配制合理成分精炼渣的模型的必要性.在对LF精炼炉基本冶金反应理论的研究的基础上,建立LF精炼炉数学模型,使用WINCC软件实现模型编程,并在某厂试验.结果显示,基于反应机理的LF炉加料控制模型,能比较准确的设计精炼渣系的配料方案,虽然在脱氧剂使用上存在一些误差,基于反应机理的LF炉加料控制模型是可行的.
The normal mathematical models on LF power supply, alloy ingredients and temperature control prediction were introduced. By studying the existing LF refining models, it is shown that shortage of basic metallurgical mechanism and ignoring of the importance of refining slag were big problems. The LF furnace feeding control mathematical model was improved on the metallurgical process. WINCC software programming in the model was tested in a factory. The result showed that the model could predict the refining slag ingredient program almost accurately, though there was some problem in deoxidizer. The LF furnace feeding control model based on the reaction mechanism was feasible.
