摘要
为进一步加快软锰矿、菱锰矿对烧结烟气脱硫的工业应用步伐,进行了中试实验研究.结果表明,脱硫率可长时间维持在92%以上,锰的最终浸出率在80%以上,硫酸锰产品可达到肥料级和饲料级添加剂标准(GB1622-86,GB5253-87);中试工艺流程合理,是一种真正做到"综合治理、变废为宝"的脱硫新技术.
The pilot-scale experiment was carried out to speed up the pace of industrial application. The results showed that the desulfurization rate could be above 92% for long time,and the leaching rate of Mn2+ over 80%. The product of MnSO4 could meet the fertilizer level (GB 1622-86) and feed level (GB 5252-876). The whole set of devices ran smoothly,and the process for pilot-scale experiment was reasonable. It was a new technology on the removal of SO2.
