摘要 将中位径尺寸分别为0.98μm和2.72μm的两种氧化铝粉体采用级配混合的方式,制备了低粘度、高固相含量的氧化铝悬浮液。当粗、细粉比例按6∶4混合时,可以配制成固相体积分数高达65%的浆料,其最小粘度值小于1 Pa.s,能够满足凝胶注模成型的要求。在相同固相体积分数下,粗、细粉按6∶4混合的坯体具有最大的抗弯强度。而随着浆料固相体积分数的增大,坯体抗弯强度具有减小的趋势,但是其最低强度仍可满足机械加工的要求。 Al2O3 suspensions with low viscosity and high solid content were prepared by mixing two alumina powders with different particle size(d50≈0.98 and 2.72 μm) in proper mass ratios.The results showed that the suspension with a solid content as high as 65 vol% can be got by mixing alumina powders with mass ratio of coarse particles to fine as 6∶4,which prossess the minimum viscosity less than 1 Pa·s and are suitable for gelcasting forming process.The strength of green body with the same solid volume loading is highest in the case of 60% coarse particles in the mixed powder.The strength of green body decreases as the soliding volume loading of suspensions increasing,which is still readily for green machined.
