摘要
以(NH4)2TiF6,Sr(NO3)2和H3BO3为主要原料,采用自组装单层膜技术,在玻璃基板上成功制备了钛酸锶晶态薄膜。利用接触角仪对OTS和紫外照射处理后的基片润湿角进行表征,利用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等测试手段表征了薄膜的物相和微观结构。结果表明:紫外光对自组装单层膜具有很强的修饰作用,紫外照射后附着有OTS-SAM的基片有很强的亲水性。钛酸锶薄膜结晶良好,纯度很高,薄膜表面颗粒均匀分布,呈岛状生长,晶粒尺寸大约在100~500 nm之间。对钛酸锶薄膜的形成机理进行了探讨。
SrTiO3(STO) thin film were successfully prepared on glass wafers(NH4)2TiF6 by self-assembled monolayers technique using Sr(NO3)2 and H3BO3 as raw materials.Hydrophilic characteristic of glass wafers treated by OTS and UV irradiation was messured by contact angle meter,the phase and microstructure of SrTiO3 thin film were characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM and AFM.The results indicated that UV light has positive effect on SAMs in modification,and after UV irradiation the hydrophobe of OTS-SAM on the substrate was changed into hydrophile.STO thin film was well-crystal and homogeneous in the pattern of island and composed of nanosized grains with a size in the range of 100-500 nm.The formation mechanism of OTS-SAM and SrTiO3 thin film were discussed.
