摘要
采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对转炉210 t铁水罐静置转运工况,对铁水罐外壳的应力、变形进行有限元分析和强度、刚度评定。分析结果表明铁水罐体在静置转运工况下,结构的变形很小,强度满足要求。
The finite element analysis for tilting behavior of a 210 t iron ladle is studied.The stress field,deformation intensity of ladle shell is evaluated.The analysis result proves that the iron ladle deformation is very small and the intensity is sufficient.
