摘要
探析国内外雨水资源利用的成功经验,结合上海市雨水资源利用现状调查,得到三点启示:制订和完善强制性和激励性相结合的雨水资源利用配套政策法规,保障雨水资源利用;开发和筛选经济性和实用性相结合的雨水资源利用技术,促进雨水资源利用;加强和落实统一性和可持续性的雨水资源利用管理,实现雨水资源可持续利用。
Combined with the status of rainwater resource utilization in Shanghai, three inspirations were obtained after analyzing and comparing the successful experience of rainwater resource utilization at home and abroad. The first is to establish and improve compulsory and incentive matching policy and regulation of rainwater resource utilization to guarantee rainwater resource utilization; the second is to develop and select economy and practical technology to promote rainwater resource utilization; the third is to strengthen and implement unified and sustainable management to achieve sustainable rainwater resource utilization.
