摘要
为了改善桥式起重机相对落后的设计方法,分析了桥式起重机桥架的结构特点,结合模块化基本思想,对桥架进行模块划分,提出零部件高效的参数化建模方法,采用完全模块化的参数化程序设计,并引入数据库管理技术对主参数进行数据管理,讨论了参数化环境下的工程图自动调整技术,实现了从三维模型到二维工程图的自动化设计。经太原重型机械集团有限公司应用验证,大幅度的提高了设计效率和设计质量。
As to improve the poor design method of overhead traveling crane,this paper analyzes configuration characteristic of overhead traveling crane's bridge structure,partitions bridge structure into modules with modularization idea,proposes a efficient parametric modeling way,adopts parametric program design and introduces database design to manage primary parameter data,discusses the automatic drawing adjustment design based on the parametric environment,then achieves automatic design from 3D model to 2D drawing.It proves this technology greatly improves design efficiency and quality after application in Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Corporation.
