多目标模糊可信度鲁棒PID控制器设计

摘要 针对工业过程存在的模型不确定性,提出一种基于模糊可信度的鲁棒PID控制器优化设计方法。基于模糊可信度理论评价控制系统的鲁棒性能(称为模糊可信度鲁棒),采用NAGA-II算法和模糊模拟技术,求解多目标鲁棒PID控制器参数优化设计问题。对3种典型的双输入双输出系统进行模糊可信度鲁棒PID控制器设计,并与基于标称模型的设计结果进行对比,结果显示了本方法的有效性。与基于概率鲁棒性设计的PID相比,基于模糊可信度的鲁棒PID在相同的运算量情况下,提供了更丰富的鲁棒性能信息。该方法通用性好,不限制被控对象和控制器的具体形式,且计算复杂性低,具有一定的实用性。 For the industry processes with uncertainties, an optimization method for robust PID controller was presented based on fuzzy credibility. The robust performance of control system was evaluated based on fuzzy credibility theory, then the multi-objective robust PID controller parameters were optimized using NSGA-II and fuzzy simulation. The method was applied to the PID controller optimization for three typical two-input two-output systems. Compared with the optimization results of nominal model, the presented method shows better robust performance. The fuzzy credibility robustness evaluation can provide more robustness information than the probability robustness in the case of same calculation simulation. The method has no limitations to the styles of processes or controllers, and the computation complex is lower, indicating its good feasibility.
