摘要
目的探讨普鲁卡因联合胸腺肽治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法对照组静脉滴注普鲁卡因,1次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上合用胸腺肽静脉滴注,1次/d。两组均治疗4周。结果治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组为61.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论普鲁卡因联合胸腺肽静脉滴注对寻常型银屑病疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of intravenous procaine combined with thymocin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and to compare this efficacy with that of single intravenous procaine treatment.Methods 97 cases of psoriasis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated intravenously with procaine daily,and the treatment group was treated with intravenous procaine combined with thymocin.The two groups were both treated for 4 weeks.Results The effictive rate of thetreatment group was 90.00% and that of the control group was 61.70%.The difference was found to be statistically significant between the groups(P<0.01).Conclusions The efficacy of intravenous procaine combined with thymocin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is obviously superior to treatment with only intravenous procaine.
