摘要
右旋美托咪定(Dexmedetomidine,DEX)是一种较新的镇静药物,兼有镇痛和镇静的作用,1999年美国食物及药品监督管理局批准其用于ICU镇静。关于右旋美托咪定在麻醉和危重症患者中应用的研究报道很多[1,2]。
