不同秆芯材红麻浆配比对传统手抄纸纸页光学和结构性质的影响

摘要 讨论了不同秆芯材红麻浆配比,用传统方法抄制纸页的光学和结构性能。纸页按传统手工抄制方法,用一种特殊的纸页成形器抄制,使用图象处理系统检查纸页的结构特性。实验结果表明:不同的制浆工艺和不同的韧皮纤维和木质部纤维配比对传统手抄纸的光学和结构特性有很大的影响。各种纸样的图象平均灰度与纸页的光学性质密切相关,传统手抄纸页的匀度较差。 The optical and structural features of kenaf paper with Varying bast and xylem fiber furnish were studied.Sample sheets were formed in a specially designed sheet former,incorporation the principle of traditional handmade paper technique.An image analyzer was employed for examining the optical and structural features of the single sheet.It was found that optical and structural features of the kenaf paper varied greatly with different furnishes of bast and xylem fibers.They differed also with the pulping methods for preparing the kenaf pulps.Sheet formation was poor.And,the mean grayness of the sample sheet depended highly on its optical features.
