摘要
眼科准分子手术极高的无菌要求决定其需要专用的手术室和特殊的无菌管理。总结近5年准分子手术室的无菌管理经验认为:采取严格手术室区域划分、控制入室人员,彻底有效消毒房间与手术器械、严格无菌操作以及取得患者的良好配合等措施,可以强化眼科准分子手术室无菌管理,保障准分子手术的顺利进行。
The especially high requirement of sterilitas in ophthalmic excimer operation made special operating room and professional sterilitas management became necessary.5 years experience of sterilitas management in our ophthalmic excimer operating room indicated that strictly area division of operating room,controlling personnel entry,thorough rooms' and surgical instruments' sterilization,strict sterilitas operation and patients' good cooperation could enhance sterilitas management of ophthalmic excimer operating room to ensure ophthalmic excimer operations successfully.
