摘要
目的:研究神经内科住院病人风险事件主要原因,寻求有效的防范对策。方法:对神经内科2006年1月至2009年12月住院病人发生的意外事件进行探讨,调查发现并分析了发生住院病人风险事件的主要原因,并针对各种因素提出了相应解决对策。结果:实验组安全事件的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建立有效护理管理机制,增强护士安全意识及专业素养,是防范不安全隐患最有效手段。
[Objective]To study the main reason of patient security risk events so as to improve nurses ability of risk awareness and early warning.[Method]Survey of security risk events of in - patients in neurological department from January 2006 to December 2009 and analyze the main factors including patient factors and hospital - side factors.And then puts forward corresponding countermeasures for these factors.[Result]The incidence rate of experimental group is lower than the control group obviously(2%vs.10%) and there is significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).[Conclusion]Establishment of an effective care and management mechanism,enhancing safety awareness and nurses' professionalism are the most effective means to guard against hidden dangers.
