摘要
针对传统临床带教中师生联系不紧密、缺乏主动性等问题,每月月底如期召开组长例会。此模式在临床教学中有利于及时发现教学中存在的问题,做到持续改进。同时充分调动师生双方的积极性,达到提高临床护理教学的质量,促进教学管理之目的。
There was a lack of communication between teachers and students with traditional teaching method.To solve the problems,a routine meeting for practice group leader was held once a month.This method can help us find the problems,so we can take a continuous improvement to stimulate enthusiasm of teachers and students,and at last to promote the quality of teaching.
